As a rule, the ordered photo box is ready for dispatch after 14-40 days. Depending on the model and stock.
You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or on account.
The photo boxes we manufacture are developed in such a way that it is sufficient to equip the respective model with the usual power supply. As soon as the box gets power, the entire system boots up by itself and also starts all the necessary programs. Your customer could therefore operate our models without complicated instructions. Before you pick up your order, a member of staff will take the time to go through all the important points with you. Even after the purchase, we remain your contact for any questions.
After payment, an invoice is automatically sent by email with the VAT shown.
The order for our standard models are shipped with the shipping company DHL. The Magic Mirror photo mirror is shipped on a Euro pallet by a forwarding agency.
We stay 12 months free of charge as the contact person for questions about the rental, technical questions or sudden disruptions.
You are welcome to visit us in Bottrop-Kirchhellen and test our models before you buy them. Everything free of charge and without obligation.
After purchase, you will receive a 2-year guarantee on all technical components. Self-inflicted damage is excluded. We also offer a repair service. If damage is caused by third parties, we will be happy to send you a non-binding cost estimate that you can submit to the insurance company.
